1. Late Arrivals
- Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled, depending on service timing and availability.
- If the appointment cannot proceed due to late arrival, the deposit will be retained to cover the reserved appointment time.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend (no-show), will result in the loss of the deposit.
- Deposits are applied toward the total service cost and are retained to cover lost appointment time and business opportunities. Deposits are non-refundable.
3. Photography & Media
- BRYA Beauty may take before-and-after photos and videos for service documentation, quality review, advertising, marketing, social media, website content, portfolio use, educational materials, client stories, testimonials, and other promotional purposes.
- BRYA Beauty owns the copyright in photos and videos created by BRYA Beauty, subject to the client’s privacy and consent rights.
- If you do not want your photos or videos taken or used for these purposes, you must notify BRYA Beauty in writing before your appointment.
- You may withdraw consent for future public use by providing written notice. BRYA Beauty will make reasonable efforts to remove published content; however, removal may take time and may not be possible where content has already been shared, reposted, printed, saved, distributed, or published by third parties.
4. Health & Safety
- Clients must disclose any health, skin, eye, allergy, sensitivity, or pregnancy-related condition that may affect the safety or suitability of the service.
- Cosmetic services may involve risks, including irritation, allergic reaction, discomfort, infection, or unsatisfactory results, even where no prior sensitivity is known.
- BRYA Beauty may refuse, modify, or stop a service for health or safety reasons.
- BRYA Beauty is not responsible for adverse reactions or results caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information, failure to disclose relevant conditions, or failure to follow aftercare instructions, except where prohibited by law.
5. Fill Policy
- Fill services are available only where the existing lash extensions are suitable for a fill.
- Fills are valid up to 4 weeks from the original appointment. Fills between 4 and 5 weeks may be subject to an additional $20 charge.
- After 5 weeks, or where lash retention is poor, the appointment may be charged as a full set at BRYA Beauty’s discretion.
6. Service Guarantee
We take pride in our work and strive for client satisfaction. If you experience issues with your lash extensions within 48 hours of application, please contact us so we may assess and provide a touch-up if appropriate. Beyond this time frame, standard fill charges apply.
7. Right to Refuse Service
BRYA Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to any client who demonstrates inappropriate behavior, fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, or presents a health risk.
8. Home-Based Business
- BRYA Beauty operates from a private apartment-based studio. Clients must respect the privacy, safety, cleanliness, and quiet enjoyment of the residential space.
- Only the person receiving the service may attend the appointment. Additional guests, children, or pets are not permitted unless approved by BRYA Beauty in advance. BRYA Beauty may refuse or stop service if this policy is not followed.
9. Agreement
- By booking an appointment with BRYA Beauty, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all sections of these Terms & Conditions, including the policies on deposits, cancellations, photography and media, health and safety, service limitations, and apartment-based studio rules.
- These Terms & Conditions apply to your scheduled appointment and future appointments unless updated terms are provided.
- These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and BRYA Beauty. You are responsible for reviewing them before booking and notifying BRYA Beauty in writing if you do not agree with any term before your appointment.
To make sure you get the best possible results and longest lash retention, please follow these simple steps before your appointment:
Arrive with clean lashes. Remove all eye makeup, mascara, eyeliner, and strip lash glue. Residue can prevent extensions from bonding properly.
Avoid oil-based products. Do not apply oily creams, serums, or skincare around your eyes on the day of your appointment. Oils break down lash adhesive.
Come with a clean face. Wash your face before your appointment so we can focus entirely on your lash set.
Skip caffeine. Too much coffee or energy drinks can make your eyes flutter, which may slow down application.
No heavy fragrances. Since this is a home-based studio, please avoid wearing strong perfumes or scents.
Comfort is key. Wear comfortable clothing and be ready to lie down with your eyes closed for 1–2 hours.
Solo appointments only. Please do not bring extra guests, children, or pets unless pre-approved.
Plan ahead. Use the restroom and silence your phone before your session to enjoy a relaxing, uninterrupted experience.
