1. Late Arrivals
Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment might have their appointment rescheduled and might result in the loss of the deposit.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Photography & Media
By booking an appointment, clients consent to BRYA Beauty taking before-and-after photos of services performed. BRYA Beauty retains full ownership rights of all photos and reserves the right to use them for marketing, social media, educational, or promotional purposes.
4. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to their appointment. This includes but is not limited to:
Pregnancy
Any Skin conditions
Any Eye conditions
Allergies or sensitivities to adhesives, latex, or cosmetic ingredients.
Other health conditions that could affect treatment safety or results.
Failure to disclose such information may increase the risk of irritation or adverse reaction. BRYA Beauty is not liable for any issues that arise where full disclosure was not provided.
5. Fill Policy
Fill services are considered valid only up to 4 weeks from the original appointment.
Fills done between 4 and 5 weeks will incur an additional $20 charge.
After 5 weeks, or if lash retention is poor, the service may be charged as a full set, at the discretion of the lash artist.
6. Right to Refuse Service
BRYA Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to any client who demonstrates inappropriate behavior, fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, or presents a health risk.
7. Home-Based Business
BRYA Beauty is a home-based studio. Clients are expected to respect the privacy and environment of the space. Only the person receiving the service may attend the appointment—no additional guests, children, or pets are permitted unless previously arranged.
By scheduling and attending an appointment at BRYA Beauty, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Preparing for Your Lash Appointment
To make sure you get the best possible results and longest lash retention, please follow these simple steps before your appointment:
Arrive with clean lashes. Remove all eye makeup, mascara, eyeliner, and strip lash glue. Residue can prevent extensions from bonding properly.
Avoid oil-based products. Do not apply oily creams, serums, or skincare around your eyes on the day of your appointment. Oils break down lash adhesive.
Come with a clean face. Wash your face before your appointment so we can focus entirely on your lash set.
Skip caffeine. Too much coffee or energy drinks can make your eyes flutter, which may slow down application.
No heavy fragrances. Since this is a home-based studio, please avoid wearing strong perfumes or scents.
Comfort is key. Wear comfortable clothing and be ready to lie down with your eyes closed for 1–2 hours.
Solo appointments only. Please do not bring extra guests, children, or pets unless pre-approved.
Plan ahead. Use the restroom and silence your phone before your session to enjoy a relaxing, uninterrupted experience.
